End User License Agreement

Below follow the regulations between the company Optimal Trader and the customer purchasing the software Optimal Trader.

To purchase Optimal Trader you have to be at least 18 years of age.
When ordering over the Internet an agreement is settled when we confirm the order by e-mail.

Product pricing, and these terms and conditions, are subject to change without notice. They may be changed at any time at the company's sole discretion.

Download the trial version of Optimal Trader.
Install the software and follow the instructions.
Start the program and create a User Key.
Send the User Key to us.
When we have accepted your User Key and registered your payment your subscription will be activated.

Optimal Trader applies an advance payment solution. This means that the software will gain full functionality and no limitations first when we have registered your payment.
Payment for the Service can only be made via a credit/debit card. All credit card transactions are processed by a third party merchant on a secured web site. This method allows the quickest delivery to the customer.
You will be responsible for the payment of all online charges and for the communication facilities which enable you to access the Service and any other applicable VAT, sales taxes or similar taxes outside the European Union.

Normally the software will gain full functionality within a day after your payment has been registered by us and you have sent us a User Key.

If the download service is not working a certain amount of time, your subscription period will be prolonged with that amount of days.

Optimal Trader is the copyright owner of all software and content found on the website unless otherwise indicated. The software is owned by Optimal Trader. You agree not to copy the software except as is explicitly authorized by these terms and conditions. You may not transmit all or any part of the software to third parties. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.

Trading carries a level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to invest you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently

Optimal Trader grants you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of the software on a single computer. This license may not be assigned, leased, rented, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred by you.

You agree that Optimal Trader may terminate your subscription to the service at any time, and without cause, upon notification by telephone or email.
You acknowledge and agree that we may terminate your subscription or deny you access to the service without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that we, in our sole discretion, believe violate any of these terms and conditions or the rights of Optimal Trader.

The end user understands and authorizes the software to access data providing web sites for the purposes of downloading stock market and related data upon which the Software relies.
The end user acknowledges and confirms that he or she is authorized and entitled to download data supplied by data providers for use with the software, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Optimal Trader from any liability arising from the downloading and use of this data.
Optimal Trader shall not have any liability for inaccuracies or defects in the data used or relied upon by the software, regardless of any loss you may incur as a result of said inaccuracies or defects. Optimal Trader and its suppliers make no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any data used or relied upon by the Software. You should always be aware of that error can occur in price data.

Optimal Trader will register personal information according to Swedish law ot provide you with the best possible service. Information stored are names, adresses, e-mail adresses and User Keys.
We will give you as a customer regularly information about product changes and offers. This information will be sent by e-mail. Customer information will only be used by Optimal Trader and will not be transfered to other companies or persons. If you do not want to receive information from us you can of course ...
